About Me

Welcome to my food blog, Fork Full of Flavor! I’m Victoria Cook, and I’m passionate about helping home cooks create delicious meals that bring joy and connection to their lives. Some of my fondest memories involve cooking and sharing meals with loved ones, and that’s why I believe that food has the power to create lasting memories and strengthen relationships.

As a self-taught home cook, I’ve spent countless hours experimenting in the kitchen, trying out new recipes, and perfecting old ones. Through this blog, I share my love for food with others, to inspire them to try new recipes and cooking methods. I’m here to show you that with approachable recipes, cooking tips, and food knowledge, you too can create amazing dishes that your loved ones will rave about.

On my blog, you’ll find a variety of recipes, ranging from classic comfort foods to more ethnic dishes. I love to experiment with different ingredients and flavors, and I’m always looking for ways to put a new twist on old favorites. As a busy working mom and wife, I know how valuable time in the kitchen can be. That’s why many of my favorite dishes are made in an Instant Pot, and I’ll be sharing tips and tricks for cooking and entertaining with you.

Food is not just about sustenance; it’s also about creating memories and sharing experiences with others. Whether you’re cooking for family and friends or exploring new restaurants and cuisines, food has the power to bring people together. I hope that my recipes will inspire you to create delicious meals that bring joy to your life and the lives of those around you.

Cooking Show

In 2021 I was recruited as the host and home cook for a private cooking show filmed for wellness practitioners and their patients. The producer thought that a professional chef doing the cooking would be too intimidating to viewers. The goal was to inspire the patients to make healthy lifestyle changes to improve their health. So, from August through October 2021, I was filmed making over 100 recipes, most of which I had never cooked before I did them in front of the camera. It was a fun challenge! You can watch one of the first recipes filmed. I was definitely nervous and a little stiff, but I quickly got the hang of it and really enjoyed the process.
