Preheat the oven to 350°F and chop the broccoli and shallot.
Heat a large cast iron skillet, then add the butter, moving it around the pan. Once melted, add the broccoli, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the moisture is cooked out, about 7-8 minutes, then allow it to cool slightly.
Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the yogurt and whisk until well blended. Mix in the cheese and ham.
Stir the egg mixture into the cast iron skillet, combining it with the broccoli and onions.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the quiche is set in the center and browned along the edges.
Allow to cool, then slice and serve.
