seeded and diced

jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced
(leave some seeds in for extra heat)
juice of 2 limes

bunch
fresh cilantro
chopped

extra virgin olive oil
drizzled over salsa
garlic salt
to taste

Instructions
Wash and halve the grapes, then place them in a medium mixing bowl.
Chop the red and yellow bell peppers and add them to the bowl.
Finely dice the jalapeños. For more spice, leave in some of the seeds and inner ribs. Add to the bowl.
Squeeze in the juice of two fresh limes.
Chop the cilantro and mix it in with the other ingredients.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Stir everything together until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve with corn chips or your favorite crunchy chip and enjoy this vibrant, fresh salsa!
